Who is AIDT?

AIDT is a state agency established to build a healthy state economy by recruiting and training a skilled workforce to attract new industries to the state and to expand existing industries. We provide quality workforce development for Alabama’s new and expanding businesses while expanding opportunities to Alabama citizens through the jobs these businesses create.

What do we offer?

Recruitment Services We assist a variety of employers throughout the state by identifying qualified applicants through recruitment, screening, and training & assessment services. 
Pre-Employment Training & Assessment Our Pre-employment Program is offered to our company clients as a recruiting tool. This includes applicant training, assessments, and drug screening (if applicable).
Upskilling for the General Public AIDT offers training, state-wide, for the general public. This includes training in the construction, manufacturing, information technology, and maritime industries.
